Sipadan Water Village
Sipadan Water Village is built entirely on wooden stilts and connected to Mabul's shores through a long pier. These cottage-like accommodations are linked by wooden walkways decorated with ornamental flowers, giving off a sense of class and relaxation to those passing by. Besides the decorations, guests can also enjoy the view of the marine life underneath the water village from the comfort of their balconies.
Sipadan Water Village is the only accommodation in Mabul that offers more than one type of accommodation for the visitors to choose from depending on their budget and comfort requirement. The Grand Deluxe chalet includes a open-air jacuzzi/spa pool for guests who are willing to spend more for relaxation and comfort.
Similar to Pulau Kapalai, Pulau Mabul is also a diving area and widely known for its macro diving activities. Ghost, Pipefish, Mandarinfish, Flamboyant Cuttlefish and an numerous species of nudibranchs can be found in the holes of the rubble. Mabul beach dives are free of charge, divers can visit some of the nearby diving spots if they feel that the main boat dives are not enough.

45 exquisitely decorated chalet style rooms sitting only 1 meter above the sea, each with spacious and wide sliding doors that open onto the room's private deck overlooking the tranquil waters of the Celebes Sea greets the guest of Sipadan Water Village dive resort.
Four (4) type of chalets available are namely the Junior Chalet (6 x 552 sq. ft - 2 twin beds), Standard Chalet (33 x 714 sq. ft. - twin or double bed), Deluxe Chalet (2 x (1,068 sq. ft. - king size bed) and Grand Deluxe Chalet (4 x 1,508 sq. ft - 2 queen size beds).

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in buffet style in the large circular open air restaurant of Sipadan Water Village. Guests can have their meals while enjoying the gentle sea breeze passing through the open air environment.
